chatham palms is a high-end gated community with 24 hr security, you will be required to present an id when entering, strictly "no id no entry", there is pool with deck chairs, gym and garden areas to enjoy The location could not be more prime, located 3 minutes from the airport, bang in the heart of the "Hip Strip", it is in walking distance to many attractions and eateries but also in close proximity by car to the Freeport, downtown, Ironshore and Rose Hall areas.
the community is a small and intimate one Nianna Chatham, our townhouse, is located in the corner with closest access to the beach. We have a lovely large grass lawn with patio seating area, the garden is shadowed by 4 large palm trees, a date palm, and is home to areca palms and mini ixoras. The house itself is extremely comfortable for 6 guests but can sleep up to 8 with use of the living room sofas. It is ideal for families or groups of friends who are mindful of such an exquisitely and carefully designed space. A smart TV and WiFi are setup and ready to use.
you will need to show an id to check in at the security gate and collect the keys Guests have full access to the entire unit except for the laundry area. The guests have entire use of the complex - swimming pool, gym and beach.
