chatham palms is a high-end gated community with 24 hr security, you will be required to present an id when entering, strictly "no id no entry", there is pool with deck chairs, gym and garden areas to enjoy The location could not be more prime, located 3 minutes from the airport, bang in the heart of the "Hip Strip", it is in walking distance to many attractions and eateries but also in close proximity by car to the Freeport, downtown, Ironshore and Rose Hall areas.

Summary: It was a nice stay. Communication was great and easy. The booking process is a bit much and the 24 hours form (that has to be completed under 24 hours otherwise you get a message that your reservation will be cancelled is not necessary) especially once you have already booked and paid the reservation. Only thing it was hard to deal with was the AC who turns off immediately after 1mins and does not run at night for some reason - but we did without it. Would book again - it was overall a great stay and location is convenient.
