dock is for guest access however please be advised that it is shared with the owner who lives across the street Owner will come unannounced from time to time to access the dock and his boat, but will use the west side patio entrance to allow as much privacy as possible for guests. Boat is not for guest use.

please use caution when departing from the driveway The highway is especially busy during May-Sept and cars can come up faster than expected.
you might see the owner from time to time accessing his boat which is on the dock you have access to.
