Summary: The layout of the property over 2 shared floors negated the benefits of the “large terrace with stunning sea views”. As there were only 2 of us, we were able to locate on the upper floor, losing the advantages of the main bedroom. We recognise that a few of our issues might have been addressed if we had contacted the agents. However we were so dispirited by the general offering that we could not be bothered, rather we dug in for the long haul and just got on with it. We also understand the adage that you get what you pay for – however that does not remove the need for value for money – and this was not that. A detailed review has been forwarded to the agents for the owner – we cannot recommend this property and it is certainly not value for money.
