Positive: At the breakfast there was option lactose free
Negative: The fact that they didn’t give me any receipt about the security deposit that costed me as much as the stay. I requested them several times, and the only thing I had left was their word. I spent 3 days monitoring my credit card bill to see how much the hotel was going to charge me. At the end, they didn’t charge me any extra money. It was a tense situation.
