The shipping lanes into the Cape Cod Canal are right in front of the house.
we are located in ocean air estates, a private community with its own beach access about a 5 min walk from the house where you can hunt for shells and observe the ocean wildlife along the rocky coast This beach is ideal for kayaking and stand boarding.
if you want to venture out, we are centrally located just a few miles from several other beautiful beaches to the north and south, the 12,000 acre myles standish state forest loaded with biking, hiking and equestrian trails, the #1 rated public golf course in the state (nicklaus course at pine hills golf club) and 3 others rated in the top 10, numerous local historic sites, and the revitalized waterfront with great dining and entertainment options
