Summary: It’s a long read but it might be helpful for you. We booked the honeymoon room with the bathtub, when we arrived they gave us a totally different room and claimed that the tub is broken, I didn’t wanna settle for a downgraded room, so I asked them to refund me the differences (it’s not even a lot of money, but money was really not the point here, i felt like I was scammed), then the guy who checked us in talked on the phone with someone and after he hung up he said that he’s gonna fix the tub now and it’d take about 15 mins, after 10-15 mins he told us the tub was fixed (really!? A broken tub can be fixed within this short amount of time??). My friends arrived a few days later and they also booked the honeymoon room with the tub, guess what, this place did the same thing to them, they gave them a totally different room, but my friends didn’t wanna argue as they were only here for just one night. So we checked out the next day and came back 2 days later for another one night stay, and they did the same exact thing to my friends AGAIN! But my friends insisted they get what they booked for and after them playing the trick saying that they couldn’t find their booking, my friends showed them their booking from hotels.com, they then admitted that the honeymoon room wasn’t available. They obviously double booked.
