there are six ensuite rooms and two bedrooms that share a bathroom Five rooms can be made up as twin, or double beds on request. One room has a bunkbed . This changes to just a double bed 2nd April 2024. All ensuites have showers and one has a bath. The shared bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

We provide tea & coffee, seasonings & oils and kitchen equipment so you can cook on the gas hob, electric oven, or learn to use our Aga.
our fabulous dining space is perfect for dinner parties, with large windows and patio doors offering awesome views across the hillside There are two lounges, a real fire in one of them and a studio space that is perfect for all kinds of retreats, be it yoga, art, or business.
if you don't fancy venturing out into the surrounding countryside, then just sit back in our fabulous garden, listen to the river and enjoy the views from the comfort of the patio Lets face it, we're right in the heart of the countryside so you can enjoy your chosen tipple, have a BBQ and then watch the sun go down over the beautiful Howgill Fells, staying warm in the evening around the fire pit and gaze up at the stars due to there being no light pollution.
