this executive home features 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and open-concept living area that leads out to your private outdoor patio, grill and pool!
the master suite has one king-size bed, dresser, 43" smart tv, and en-suite bathroom Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and spacious closet. Next up is our lovely bedroom #3 with a queen-size bed and one twin over twin bunk bed. Bedroom #4 boasts two twins over twin bunk beds. Lastly, bedroom #5 has a queen bed (Please note this room will only be available for groups of 12+ people).

you will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer, baby crib, and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products please feel free to use any and all!
our back yard is absolutely perfect- entirely fenced off, complete with the beautiful free-form pool, sitting/dining area, and hammock
lake hubbard less than 5 minutes away from our home!
we'll make sure you are happy and breezy on even the hottest texan days!
- lastly, we must stress that we do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning back yard and the amenities the home has to offer.
