as with all of our homes, the holt team has fully renovated this apartment having the modern-day travelers’ needs in mind The apartment can host up to 8 guests comfortably with one King master bedroom, two queen-sized bedrooms, and a fourth bedroom with a super comfy double bed. A sleeper sofa converts to a full bed. Air conditioning and heating, countless entertainment options with our Smart TVs, and high speed Wifi, plus a fully stocked kitchen ready to use.

guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
all guests must sign a holt rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive holt's boarding pass with check-in and property information HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
the property has a cctv security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

this is a pet-friendly property There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit in total which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee.
