the primary bedroom has the most dazzling views of la and is located upstairs in the main house with a modern loft-style design with open floor plan Guests sleep in style & comfort in the attached 1B/1B guesthouse suite and the pool is the perfect spot for soaking up the sun and enjoying happy upbeat vibes of LA.
upstairs, across the hall from the principle bedroom is another small bedroom with flat screen tv This bedroom #3 is furnished with queen size bed.
the guest-house has a designated office/work space It is attached to the primary house (adjacent to the kitchen) and has an exterior entrance accessible from the terrace. The jacuzzi is located on the terrace and the pool is solar heated.
the main house is 2bedrooms/15 Bathrooms and there is an attached Guest House with 1Bedroom/1Bathroom. Both bedrooms in the main house are located upstairs.
the principal bedroom is designed with a loft-style that overlooks the living room area It has a King size bed and flat screen Tv. There is a door to the bedroom and a glass partition-wall that is open to the living room as shown in the photos. The smaller bedroom upstairs is located across the hall from the principle bedroom it has a queen size bed, flat screen tv, and a small window that lets in natural light. The Guest house is furnished with a Queen size bed, a love seat that converts to a twin bed, and a designated office area with desk. There are 3 stairs to the entrance of the guest house.

- this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and neighbors must be respected Absolutely no parties or outdoor events.

- guest are required to provide photo id for check-in
- guest are required to sign the owner's rental agreement with house rules prior to check in We will send a rental agreement to guest once the reservation has been made.
- utility bills are paid separately by guest Guest will be provided a copy of utility bills at the end of their stay and the amount will be withheld from the deposit prior to its return or paid separately.
