Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The property was pretty central to the areas around it. The rooms were huge and spacious. The room was clean and stocked with extra items which made it easier for us during our stay not having to request more. The staff was helpful with the texting service which made dining and activity decisions easier. The room bracelets were a genius idea because you don’t have to fumble with a card.
Negative: The check in process is very confusing because gps brings you in the service entrance. The building for check in was not very well labeled. We understood “registration” for the mini golf or classes. We are not members of the resort so it was unclear. You can see they had some water problems in the unit with a lot of repairs.
Summary: Spacious clean rooms and helpful staff.
