an authentic mallorcan country house with a lot of peace and a spectacular view down to the sea, this beautiful finca offers all this! the rustic finca is situated on a hill between sant llorenç and arta on the east coast of the island
the location of the finca impresses with a fantastically beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding natural landscape, all the way to the sea It is nice and secluded here, but it is not, as the village of Sant Llorenç is only 5 minutes away from the finca. The house offers approximately 250 m² of living space on two floors, in total four double bedrooms (4x double bed) and three bathrooms with shower.
the three bedrooms on the upper floor are air-conditioned and two of them have access to a terrace with a beautiful view The ground floor houses an open living-dining room and a modern open kitchen. There are a total of three shower bathrooms available, one of them en suite.
