our property is on the ground floor with 3 private parking WEGET 6BEDROOMS (AVAILABLE FOR SINGLE USE/2 PEOPLE). EACH BEDROOMS IS 20 SQM.
the open space consists of a kitchen and living room the two features are 25 square metres together
ideal location for 10 guest group or6 guest eah one with a separate bedroom
while our 2 bathrooms are 10 square metres each one
we are 600 metres far from lugano lake and 22 FROM TRAIN STATION. east side university campus is only 300 metres far from our property
within 200 metres range you can finds supermarkets, restaurants cafeterias and different shop kind
we didn't accept reservations filled less than 3 months from arrival date
