the house is located in a quiet and peaceful village, about 3 km from the sea and about 300m from the 18-hole golf course (amber baltic golf club) From the upper bedroom there is a view of the nearby Lake Kołczewskie (200-300m) where you can rent boats / kayaks / pedal boats. In the village there are 2 grocery stores, a cash machine, 2 smokehouses for sea fish, a bus stop and a post office. The village is well communicated with larger tourist destinations such as Międzyzdroje (about 15km), Międzywodzie (about 5km), Dziwnów (about 10km). The house is located on a gentle sunny hill with a beautiful, large terrace, garden furniture, perfect for sunbathing. Open space on the ground floor (about 70m2) with a living room, dining room and kitchen and a large fireplace. On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet with a washbasin, utility room and laundry room (at the entrance to the house). On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable 2-seater beds. In one bedroom there is an additional 1-bed for a child.
