On the top floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, we find a sofa-bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and direct access to the upper terrace.
the kitchen is very well equipped, it has a table for 4 people and communicates with a small terrace with grill and garden furniture for 6 persons that can be used for meals
