this holiday property is concealed in greenery, in rural surroundings by the de regge river It is the front house of a monumental farmhouse from the year 1736, which was fully renovated in 2015 and fitted with modern amenities, whilst preserving the old details as far as possible.
outside there is a big garden with a terrace, affording a good view over the meadows and lemelerberg A private path along the cow barn leads to the old lake and on to a lovely nature area. There is plenty of parking space on site, or you can use the lockable barn as a garage.
the 100m² of living space comprises a large living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom The interior exudes a warm and luxurious flair, so you will feel at home straight away. It is suitable for seven people, with the possibility of one additional guest on a supplementary bed 90 x 200cm. The hallway provides access to the living room with seating in front of the fireplace stove, as well a big dining table with chairs, an Internet-enabled TV. The kitchen includes a five-ring gas stove. The first bedroom is for two people, with bedside tables and lamps. The second bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed for two people, while the third has two beds with bedside tables, lamps and a cupboard.
