On the ground floor there is a bedroom for 2 people, a spacious living room, a dining room with a table for up to 8 people and an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, an entrance hall and entrance to the tarrace. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedroms - one is for up to 4 people and other is for 2 people expandable by 1 more cot. All main rooms (bedrooms, living room) are air conditioned. The building has drinking water directly from the water supply system. All opening windows and French doors are fitted with insect screens.
