the holiday apartment occupies the top two floors of the three-storey family house, which was newly built in 2009 It was completely renovated in 2014 and fitted with the latest amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (warm/cool) in all the rooms. It is accessed up outdoor stairs, leading to the separate entrance, ensuring pleasant privacy during your stay. It has a light and airy and light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a very modern bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The lower floor has a living room with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a digital flatscreen TV with a USB port and a wooden dining table with four matching chairs.A breakfast bar separates the dining room from the modern built-in kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Big glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto the private sun terrace, with a table and chairs for leisurely meals outdoors.
