Summary: Idea position for local shops, town square, harbour and buses. Panoramic view of cliffs, La Palma, La Gomera, the harbour and beautiful sunsets.Comfortable lounge with sea views, good lighting, air conditioning with hand held controller and binoculars.TV no English channels. Excellent kitchen for self catering. Good electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Well equipped with pots, pans and cutlery etc. but no spatula. Good hardware shop not far from Lidl.One bathroom with very obnoxious smell and not fit to use. After contacting the host a plumber came and said it needs a pipe repaired. Hopefully the problem will be rectified.Other bathroom ok but needs a new shower head holder.Hand held shower at the moment. Plenty of wardrobe space and coat hangers in both bedrooms plus safe in one.We had to spend the first night in a hotel due to a cleaner inadvertently locking the security gates. We and Vrbo were unable to contact the host until the next day.The host did refund us the hotel expenses but not the taxi fares from apartment and return as we failed to obtain receipts. Holidu are refunding the taxi fares as a goodwill gesture.
