the podere conte ràcani farm is located 400 m away above sea level, on the hills overlooking the left bank of the Tiber, 10 km from the Attigliano-Bomarzo toll booth on the A1 motorway.
it retains the name of the ancient owners, the ràcani counts, a noble umbrian family whose coat of arms featured two lizards (ràcani in dialect), still present in the farmhouse logo
next to the main farmhouse, three apartments have been created by renovating the stables and granary, respecting the characteristics and materials of the local tradition
surrounding it are olive groves, pastures, cultivated fields, holm oak forests, centenary oaks and splendid typical umbrian landscapes
five hectares (twenty acres) of young hazelnut trees, two hectares (eight acres) of bamboo and young olive trees have been planted to strengthen the farm's production
