Indian Point Manor was named after the Indian statue at the SW corner of the property overlooking Catfish Lake. The property was originally built by former Chicago Mayor Edward Kelly in 1929. The mayor and his wife carefully and meticulously planned the property to include such items as a projection room for the theater, a two boat wet boathouse, a great room with 31’ cathedral ceilings and a carriage house above the garage for his security detail.

The great room is the central hub of the home with 31’ cathedral ceiling, huge stone fireplace, piano, adjustable seating arrangements with large LOVESAC couch and state of the art 85” TV with theater sound.
