very cute 1890's house located in the heart of santa rosa Wonderful backyard to enjoy the great weather. Wrap around deck is a great place in enjoy a local wine or craft brew.
note quiet hours between- 9pm-8am due to city noise ordinance - maximum 4 sleeping guest - 2 daytime visitors 2 off street parking spaces. Notification that outdoor amplified sound is prohibited.
