Built in 1880 & recently updated, our home is a warm & welcoming house with a huge well-appointed kitchen. It was listed on the National & State Register of Historic Places by the Secretary of the Interior in 2022.
located in the beautiful east hill residential historic district, our home is close to granite peak ski area, about a mile from downtown wausau & less than a half mile from the leigh yawkey woodson art museum we are also close to sylvan hill, loads of dining options & so much more

with 4 bedrooms plus a comfy queen sleeper sofa in the main living room, our place sleeps 8 comfortably and up to 10 people

as an fyi, the barn doors on the main floor king bedroom and the half bath do not have latches or locks
