Washer and Dryer in the house. Nice wood bamboo floors, plaster walls, and quality art will welcome you to this gem. We have created three separate outdoor sitting areas to take in the Florida great weather. One small breakfast area in the shade off the living room sliding glass doors, a larger deck in the back off the shell walkway, and the traditional front porch to meet the many neighbors walking and taking their dogs for a stroll. Off-street parking in brick paved driveway and all utilities paid. There is a rear second attached rental apartment, but the parking and courtyard are separated and private..
