the historic 1800s charmer offers the best of both worlds: spacious comfort and a convenient location The ground level boasts a cozy living room with ample seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of island adventures. The well-equipped kitchen allows for easy meal prep, and the four bedrooms offer a flexible sleeping configuration. Three of the rooms have a comfortable queen sized bed, while the fourth room has a twin bunk bed. Additionally the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.
upstairs on the second level is an open-concept living area where the living room seamlessly flows into the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, creating a perfect space for socializing On this floor there is a bedroom with two queen beds located just off the living room, perfect for families with young children. Following the hallway, you'll find a king-size bedroom with a luxurious ensuite bathroom, offering a private retreat for parents or couples. Another full bathroom is conveniently located at the end of the hallway.
on the third floor are two additional bedrooms that provide further sleeping options One bedroom features two queen beds, ideal for siblings or friends sharing a room. The other upstairs bedroom offers a full-size bed and a twin-size bed, perfect for accommodating larger groups with varying sleeping needs.
on the front of the home are two porches perfect for relaxing and watching the day fade to night, or with a cup of coffee in the mornings After a long day head to the backyard for some post-beach fun around the firepit or enjoy al fresco dining under the Texas sky.
