It is professionally decorated with tile throughout and panoramic views of the ocean. Sliding pocket doors on all three levels allows you to enjoy the ocean breezes.
level one features a huge ocean-view leisure/entertainment room with a large flat-screen tv, dvd, and a large wet bar with granite countertops, and a small fridge The leisure room opens up through pocket doors to the covered patio and then out to the oceanfront pool area featuring an infinity pool. This is the perfect area to entertain friends and family. The "Little Tike's" room is also located on this level and features 2 bunk beds, one with a twin pull-out and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Laundry room with full-size washer/dryer and 2-car garage.
level two features the oceanfront living room with a large flat-screen tv, surround sound, and leather couches and opens up, by way of pocket doors, to the oceanfront, covered 25-foot balcony overlooking the pool and ocean The ocean view, fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, Thermadore stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a built-in dishwasher and refrigerator, and everything you'll need to prepare a meal fit for a king.
