check-out: check-out is no later than 11am pS.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
guest access: you will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage.
pets: this unit may accept a small dog Please ask.
laundry and dishwasher: this condo does not have in-suite laundry There is a large laundry room on basement level of the building. Machines operate using refillable laundry cards. In addition, the kitchen does not have a dishwasher installed.
garage height: 6'4" (193 M) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.
bicycle storage: the building offers a bike storage room Bicycle storage operates on first come, first served basis. You require your own lock and cable to secure your bicycle. Please let Victoria Prime know if you intend bringing bicycles.
non-smoking: all our properties are non-smoking City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
