Beach area is fun during the day and roast marshmallows on the beach fire pit at night. Free boat ramp and boat slip should you bring a boat. Fishing pier w/cleaning station. Private beach and swimming pool that includes a 6" area for the tiny ones. Kayaks available (2) at no charge. We have added a towel, blanket, robe warmer for that extra bougee vibe..
