the condo is located in the sought after "signature" complex of north scottsdale 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6 located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building. Master bedroom offers a King bed, TV, attached full bath, walk-in closet and sliding door to patio. 2nd Guest Room offers a Queen bed and TV w/ walk-in closet. The living area also offers a sleeper sofa and another large TV which opens to the patio, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Full size washer/dryer in unit. All TV's are Smart TV's and cable as well.
the community center with all of the amenities is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, locker rooms, steam room, sauna, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire-pit!
