• this is a pet-friendly home Our cleaners do an excellent job, but an occasional pet hair may remain.
• the home is nestled in nature, so insects or the occasional critter (frogs, salamanders, mice, etc) in or around the pool and grounds are possible.
• utilities such as electricity and internet are provided by third parties and occasional outages are beyond our control These are not grounds for refunds.
• maintenance staff may be on-site for routine pool, hot tub, lawn, or snow care, depending on the length of your stay
• for guests staying thursdays/fridays, we ask that you kindly roll the garbage and recycling bins to the end of the driveway on thursday night for friday morning pickup
