it is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in arizona, especially in natural areas We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate the insects. However, you are still expected to see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open-doors and the previous guest's shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house.
the property has external cameras This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the case of a break-in, death, injury, or in the rare stay where house rules are broken, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.
