this 500sq ft studio unit is directly across the street from the beach and is attached to the main house with its own private entrance. The entire home is gated. 1 free designated parking space. It is furnished with 2 double beds (bunk bed), Queen size futon, nightstands, coffee table, dinner table, LG TV, free WiFi, and air conditioning. Full bathroom has shower (no tub), towels, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner. In the closet is an ironing board and iron. Full Kitchen with cook top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Shared washer and dryer outdoors.

Hawaii has many many insects and is famous for geckos. Bring bug spray as mosquito bites are common in humid tropical weather.
*hawaii also has many homeless people Don't be alarmed if you see them camping at some unpopular beaches or parks. Other colder states fly their homeless to Hawaii's warmer weather. Hawaii is trying to find solutions. But please know our homeless brothers and sisters all have beautiful hearts; they do keep to themselves. Many are fully functioning adults with careers, but Hawaii's cost of living does not match wages, therefore sometimes housing is unaffordable for folks.
