you are renting the property to use with just your party, we will never have anyone else staying there during your stay and there are no shared areas of the property There is a garage conversion area (not included in the 2100+ square feet) that is used for storage you will not have access to. The rest of the house & yard are fully accessible to guests. This includes 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an office area, living rooms, pool, whole yard, etc.
you can't see any of the neighbors from the property, but the neighborhood is safe and has close restaurants for delivery or eat in as well as grocery stores less than 5 min away It is close to other shopping as well. Only a few blocks from the Indian River and Nicol Park.
