Positive: This apartment is superb. Hanza Tower is in a fantastic area, and the third-floor location is ideal — close to both the stairs and elevators, making it just a short walk to the spa and pool. We visited the Shivago Spa several times, and the masseuses were world-class, providing excellent treatment for my wife’s sports-related shoulder injury. Access and parking are very convenient. We stayed with our teenage son, who used the living room sofa bed and found it comfortable. The pool facilities are also excellent, and we found them quieter during the day than in the evenings. The host was extremely responsive and attentive. The apartment’s location in relation to the city centre, buses, and trams could not be better.
