Positive: The room was very clean and well fitted. The gym and pool were a nice addition. The grounds and interior common areas were very well kept.
Negative: This is really minor so take it with a grain of salt. Our key stopped working and they were unable to fix the problem for a couple of hours. It happened to someone down the hall the next day. The power went out for hours one evening. I thought maybe an adjustment to the bill would be warranted. That had happened to us in other hotels and we received adjustments or free dinner and bottle of wine. Also we were double charged for our pet. Which I had explained over the phone before arrival we had one pet and already put that on our reservation which we paid full price in advance. On check out day, they had a problem actually checking us out in the system to give us a receipt. The room does not have a safe. We were there for 10 nights for reference.
