Summary: Arrived at hotel 1:52pm via Uber and were told we couldn’t check in until 3pm. We had an exhausting travel day and 2 young kids with multiple bags of luggage to leave the next day on a 7 day cruise. The front desk attendant offered to let us “check in early” 1 hour for $30+ ( no offer to let us hold our luggage or wait in lobby.. so we checked in early due to being exhausted parents with 2 worn out kiddos. When we arrived in the room and tried to wash off the in room soap and “makeup wipes”was so smelly ( had to be expired) and ended up having to unpack and open our soap for the cruise just to wash out the terrible scent. The cruise shuttle was very efficient and the driver was very kind which was a bonus. The breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed making their waffles in the morning as well.
