Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This place is a small paradise in Abu Simbel. With a view of Lake Nasser (where you can also swim), it offers a reprieve from the heat and the hectic life in Egypt. The host, Ash, was simply amazing. Kind, respectful. We got to talk a lot and know more about the Egyptian culture through him. I’m looking forward to coming back to Habib Camp.

Negative: A bit expensive for the rest of Egypt, but I think that for Abu Simbel it’s to be expected, since it’s so desolate. And anyways, it was worth it.
