My name is Lee Ann and I have owned this beautiful condo at Destin West since 2003. I live in Shalimar and I do all of my own rentals. The condo has new tile throughout as well as new appliances. It looks fabulous and is decorated very tastefully and 'beachy'!! Read on to see some of the great features of my place.
the master bedroom has a large king size bed along with a private bathroom with tub and shower We also have an enclosed private bunk room with twin bunk beds for the kids! They have their own bathroom with ceramic shower. The den has a nice sleeper sofa which can be used as an extra sleeping area. The unit sleeps 2 adults and 4 children comfortably.
the best part of this location is the million-dollar view Our perfect spot overlooks the crystal-clear waters of the gulf and bottomless blues of the coastline. You will definitely enjoy the most memorable sunsets of your life looking over our beautiful balcony or see our friendly dolphins playing along shore as you experience an oasis of peace unlike any other. We have worked hard to make sure everything is perfect for the vacation of your dreams.

rated one of the tops in the uS. for best vacation spot, Destin West is located in the heart of Okaloosa Island just 3 miles east of Ft. Walton Beach and 3 miles west of Destin. Very nice location with an exceptionally beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Stay for a week or ask for specials during winter months.

Some of our favorite restaurants are Floyd's Seafood House, The Crab Trap, Rockin Tacos and Anglers. They are all within walking distance.
