Positive: We liked the location, security and size of the apartment.
Negative: The property needs updating and better maintenance. The wallpaper is old and ripped on some places. Some of the electrical outlets did not work, there was no hand soap on the bathrooms, the tea kettle did not work, appliances were old, a refrigerator shelf was broken, the carpet was old. There were no duvet covers in the twin room and the bedsheets were dirty, there were stains on the mattress covers on the first room. There was an iron but no ironing board. The air conditioning in the Master bedroom was not adjustable, so we paid for AC we did not used. We stayed there for 10 days and the place was not designed for a long stay.
Summary: I would not stay there again.
