Your dog will love this place! There are many friendly dog owners and dogs to make friends with.
bbqs: there are community charcoal grills steps away from the back patio Your condo is also furnished with a BBQ grill on the patio, an electric counter top grill and grilling utensils. The propane-BBQ on your patio is user maintained only. I don't clean, maintain or guarantee the BBQ grill.
parking: park in your own private garage Keep in mind the garage is cozy so leave your full size truck or SUV at home. You can also park your qualifying car* in one of the many uncovered parking lots with a permit.
