As you walk into the massive library/living room, you see a second magical door, a replica of the Green Door, finished in natural wood stain and adorned with stunning stained glass panels of a purple Iris. This door leads to a private porch, with a curbside view of lovely Austin Avenue. This loft is simply stunning in every detail. Three seating areas, large dining room table seats 8. Full gourmet kitchen with high end fixtures, 16 foot ceilings, 650 thread count pressed linens, and of course prime Austin Avenue location. If this unit is too large for your needs, I do have very nice 1 and 2 bedroom units in my building that are equally impressive.
