(Parties not permitted and noise ordinance is in effect after 9pm). Located right off the Loop 101 and 75th Ave in Glendale, it is the perfect location to getting around the city quickly. Its wonderful location is less than ten minutes away from the Peoria Sports Complex (Training Center for Padres & Mariners) and Entertainment Row, which includes the Arrowhead mall, Spa's, Restaurants, and Movie Theatres! Just a short distance further is both the University of Phoenix Stadium (home to the Arizona Cardinals) and the Glendale Arena (home to the Phoenix Coyotes and Arizona Sting).
