Welcome to our cozy 2 Bed 2 Bath 1000 sq/ft home with loft. The house features an open family room/kitchen with central heat/air. Family room features new wrap around couch, remote gas logs, 55in smart TV with cable, high speed internet and wifi. Both bedrooms have new Queen pillow top mattresses, pillows and sheets. The back bedroom also has a 32in smart TV. Parking for 2 cars. Since there are quite a few stairs from the parking area to the deck, we just installed a second set of stairs on the side of the property that we think are much easier to use.
the house is centrally located in the high country: 10 miles to downtown boone/appalachain state university, 9 miles to downtown banner elk, and 10 miles to blowing rock In addition, we are 6 miles from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, 15 miles from Beech Mountain, 11 miles from Appalachian Mountain Ski Resort, 14 miles from Grandfather Mountain, 20 miles to Linville Falls and close to multiple access points for the Blue Ridge Parkway..
