Positive: We stayed for 9 days.We love this apartment and it is very spacious and has 5 rooms. We are a family of 5, and it was nice that each of us has our own room. And each room has a double bed size and is very comfortable. Each room has its own tv and can log in to netflix.It was great that we have all the kitchen utensils to use. A nice balcony. Washer machine was not working at first but was replaced a few days later. The windows are huge in some rooms and nice to be opened during the day and allow the summer breeze in.carrefoure is nearby and other smaller convenience stores. We are in the town itself and walkable to everywhere and all the shops. The owner was very helpful and communicative and was generous to allow us to have late check out due to our late flight. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a small elevator to bring our luggage up. The electric shutters was great for a total black out room and good to sleep. We have enjoyed our stay and became our home for 9 days. It's really worth it to stay for a family our large group.
Negative: There are no airconds or fans in the apartment and bedrooms.so can be warm at night when we closed the windows. Because we are on the 1st floor, it can be noisy if we do not close the windows..the windows are good, insulated modern windows. So, I needed to open Windows first to allow a cool breeze in and close it before sleep. It would be great if each room had a portable fan or cooler during summer. The black out electric shutters should be cleaned more as it had cobwebs on some of the outdoor shutters. But this was small issue as it did not spoil our overall stay. I would still give it a 10.
