There is an enclosed balcony area with sliding glass doors which contains a desk, two cushioned rattan chairs to relax and a stationary bike in case you don't want to relax. There is a massive bi-fold closet.

if you are a family with children, this is a quiet gated community with 24-hour manned guardhouse The speed limit is 10 MPH and most residents respect that requirement. The boat basin offers a way to walk around the complex while staying off the road. And it is a nice opportunity to look at all the boats. You may even see some fisherman home from a day on the water cleaning their catch at some of the many fish cleaning stations scattered throughout the marina. We occasionally have manatees that come into the harbor. The three heated pools, the tennis and basketball courts offer fun for the kiddos. And of course, the sandy beach with swimming platform behind the K building is open to all. There are two kayaks at the home that are available for your use.
