our home is a beautiful, custom-built spanish estate situated at the top of the hill on two private, spacious acres We’re located in the gated community of “The Groves”, formerly a spectacular orange grove situated in the rolling hills of Rancho Santa Fe, and are adjacent to “The Bridges” Championship golf course.
we absolutely love living here The views are exceptional, the weather is spectacular and we feel fortunate to live in such a beautiful villa. Every room in this fully furnished, 5100 square foot house is large and made more magnificent by vaulted ceilings throughout.
the home’s winning design is centered around a courtyard with an over-sized hot tub and a classic roman pool (50 feet long!) we spend long days in this courtyard which includes a gorgeous stone dining table with six wrought-iron chairs for evening dinners, as well as an array of premium chairs, lounges and love seats with all-weather mattresses
the pool area integrates seamlessly with the house, separated by over 20 over-sized floor-to-ceiling doors that open directly onto our courtyards
the grounds are as beautiful as the interior We have 30+ orange trees from the original working grove as well as two large rose gardens. The views are gorgeous. We often enjoy watching the hot-air balloons that appear over the horizon in our front yard at sunset.
