• you must be 33 years of age to book this home
pool heat is an optional add-on charge and must be applied for the duration of the reservation Hot tub heat is included with the reservation.
• a signed rental agreement is required to book this home
• no bachelor parties, weddings or other events are allowed
• standard occupancy is limited to (14) with max occupancy limited to (20), $150/night fee for guests over standard occupancy limit Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day.
• no loud noise after 9pm Violation will result in removal without refund.
• a valid credit card is required for all incidentals
• cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
• reservations are non-refundable
after you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
