Summary: Generally the property is good . We stayed in many self catering accommodations across Spain so i can’t complain about this one . It is fully equipped , you have literally everything coffee machine toaster etc, enough cutlery and crockery , even paella pan ha ha Location is perfect , beach almost across the road , never overcrowded as it’s on the outskirts of Santa Pola. Safe and gated neighbourhood , shops close by, fantastic beach However few bits to be improved 1. First and most disappointing - they charge for linen and cleaning . I would agree somehow with cleaning but it is overpriced , sorry . What I don’t agree at all it charge for linen. We were not expecting that one and were left with the feeling we were kind of ripped off when had to pay extra 190€ for linen, cleaning , electricity upon arrival :( this definitely must be included and reflected in the rental price 2. Second major issue - no aircon in the room on the top floor , and that was a nightmare considering nights it is 27-29 degrees 3. Wi fi - not working at all , probably because of cheap provider . extremely bad signal had to use 4G to work somehow from home 4. Wobbly beds in 2 rooms on the 1st floor , extremely noisy with every turn If all that is fixed we would happily return there :) But overall we had a nice time staying in this house
