the open kitchen/dining area, which seats up to 16 people, is located between the kitchen and living area making it great for entertaining The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the living area. There are two bedrooms located on the main level. One bedroom has two sets of triple layered twin over twin over twin bunk beds with a TV. The other bedroom has one queen bed and a TV. There is a full bathroom with stand up shower and double vanity located in the hall between the two bedrooms that also services the living area. The beautiful master bedroom is located on the upper level and has a king bed, TV and private balcony. The spacious master bath has a large wet shower with a freestanding tub and double vanity. Off the staircase is a brand new suspended catwalk spanning the length of the living room which provides access to two new bedrooms that share a jack/jill bathroom with fully tiled shower and double vanity. The 1st bedroom is a twin over twin bunk room and the 2nd bedroom will be a private king bedroom with views of the Gulf of Mexico.
downstairs features two new bedrooms each sharing a common bath Bedroom 1 is a private king bedroom with access to outside and bedroom 2 will feature two sets of Twin over queen bunk beds sleeping 6 comfortably. Downstairs also features a large laundry room with an additional refrigerator for additional food and drink storage.
